In the spirit of a housewarming, we opened the studio, garden and compost for a day of regenerative actions to activate and open the space to our communities.

We welcomed visitors to our garden + compost with teas brewed from our plants, followed by a home composting demonstration with Axelle Dechelette Ramon.

Javier Guzmán of exsoup gave a talk about his practice, specifically his contribution “water module, a management mechanism that captures, supplies and distributes wastewater and rainwater.”

Miguel Cinta Robles presented “How to compost an exhibition,” a talk about waste, garbage and composting in the production, distribution and consumption models of contemporary art. We closed the day with a deep listening meditation with Dani Escamilla, “Six movements for a shared listening to the human.”
